The location was marvellous and lovely as for me, short walk to many main attractions, and many parks, interesting sites, shopping & restaurants. The full cooked breakfast had many options, including croissants, toast, and fruit.

Exceptionally nice and welcoming hotel units with a renovated bathroom very clean as well as TV. Very central location on the other side overlooking the garden.

Solid and satisfactory breakfast selection for all tastes with toast and croissants, as for instance. Nice sized room, soft bed and nice bathroom. Easy to get to, great and fab location close enough to tube, underground, British museum as well as buses. Besides, easy to get to a famous museum.

The room we had included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and coffee/tea making machines. The stuff was very welcoming and gave us great advices: D

It's new-fashioned with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The staff is lovely friendly and efficient and the food is outstanding. The location is magnificent and perfect, very close to London, especially near Soho. There is Starbucks Southampton Row nearby for a cup of coffee.

Got charming little, new-fashioned room with the bath, the garden, a renovated bathroom very clean. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast. The location was stunning, minutes from a museum and a theatre.

The weather was warm, had perfect stay on a business trip. The full cooked breakfast that I ordered was hearty with croissants and toast, as for instance. Its location not too far away from Covent Garden was excellent.

The location was marvellous and lovely, and we could reach Saint Pancras by walking. The staff was polite and very polite providing the information. The restaurant was trendy for breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes.

It was in a great and lovely location with a famous museum nearby. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, they showed us what terrific service is supposed to be like.

It was an incredibly friendly hotel, good choice for celebrating birthday in London. There was lots of appetising options for full cooked breakfast. Location: the venue was near to the theatres and British Museum, train stations and tube station and central London and many main attractions. There was Pizza Hut Russell Square nearby to grab something to eat.

Well, Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Clean property, pleasant and welcoming staff. Full cooked breakfast with croissants and toast, as for instance - well worth the money. Marvellous and decent position in the comfortable area, right by Theatres, and tube station Russell Square on the Piccadilly line. Again, walking distance to a famous museum.

Beds were a little hard.

Great location, within walking distance of train stations and tube station and central London. Free room upgrade, very spacious. Lovely restaurant for breakfast, no queues when we visited. Loads of handy shopping nearby, even a currency exchange store right across the street. Excellent laundry service, clothes returned on the same day.

Felt relaxed, nothing too much trouble.

My overall 'Good' experience was marred by a situation that wasn't the Hotel's fault - other than having thin walls between rooms. The person in the adjacent room had a terrible cough - frankly sounded like bronchitis - and coughed all night!
